An order is confirmed after Shopify checkout accepts the order and the selected payment method. Prices, discounts, delivery charges, installment terms, and availability shown at final checkout apply to that order.

These terms set the practical deadlines for placing an order, receiving it, requesting cancellation, and obtaining a return or refund.

Shipping & delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after confirmation is 2–5 business days in Cairo and Giza, 3–7 business days in major governorates, and 5–10 business days in remote areas. Large appliances, installation, or special-access deliveries may require an appointment and 1–3 additional business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays.
Cancellations
Submit a cancellation request with the order number as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch are stopped and any captured payment is sent for refund. Once dispatch or an installation appointment has started, the request follows the return process. If Khamato cannot fulfil an order or a material delay is not accepted, the customer may cancel for a refund.
Returns & refunds
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt, without extra return cost and subject to legal exceptions. Defective or non-conforming products may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days. For a defective product, the eligible replacement or refund is completed without extra cost within 7 calendar days of contacting Khamato, and a refund uses the original purchase method. Other eligible pickups are normally arranged within 2–7 business days and inspected within 2 business days. After Khamato sends a refund, banks and payment providers may require 5–14 business days to post the funds.
Fair review
Change-of-mind returns remain subject to exceptions allowed by Egyptian law. Refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Installment and buy-now-pay-later providers apply their own settlement schedule after Khamato submits an approved refund. Reporting visible delivery damage within 48 hours helps us act quickly but does not reduce statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
